Class Calendar

  • One More Step - An invigorating and motivating fitness class that is great fun for every BODY.  The class is designed to challenge your endurance and strength and utilizes various forms of fitness equipment (such as BOSU, weighted poles, resistance bands and stability balls).  It includes  interval style methods.  When the weather warms up, we take this class outside! 

  • Indoor Group Cycling:  This is a 45 minute, high energy cardiovascular class conducted to music and taught by a lead instructor.  This class will challenge you mentally and physically.  Beginners are welcome as you can take a class at your own pace because you are in control of your workout.  Forget the bike you ride at the gym, these bikes adjust to fit each person correctly and comfortably which makes your workout all that more enjoyable.  What a ride!

  • “Zen on Wheels”:  This class is a combination of the intense cardio of indoor group cycling and the more relaxing element of Yoga.  You will get your heart pumping for the first half of this class and then limber up and relax for the second half.  This class is truly unique.

    Gentle Yoga:
      Welcome to Yoga!  This class is designed to familiarize beginners with the basic Yoga postures with an emphasis on stretching and relaxation.  We teach an active, flowing style of yoga that, with modifications, allows our participants to stay  safe and feel challenged yet successful.  Over time with this class, you will gain functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation. This class is for every BODY, if you can breathe you can do Yoga! 

    Power Yoga:   This is a 60 minute class that strengthens and stretches every area of the body in order to increase both strength and flexibility.  You will sweat, you will feel challenged, but you will also feel revived!

    Little Yogis:  This 30 minute class combines yoga and play allowing children to participate at their own level.  The class is designed for 3-6 year olds.  We use mindful movement, games, share circles, breath work, and visualization to move their little bodies and calm their minds. 

  • Total Weight Solutions A.W.A.K.E.:  A full body program committed to providing healthy information on behavior modification, healthy nutrition, and maintaining an active lifestyle.  Learn how to lose body fat while gaining lean muscle.  Using the most technologically advanced body composition in a health assessment or weight management environment, you will be held accountable each week by reporting to a meeting where you will be assessed and educated.  This program will give you a full body makeover from the inside out.  It is individualized for each person and is designed to work for you and your family.

  • “Forever Fit”:  Similar to “One More Step”, but designed for those who desire a more moderate pace.  This class will help you achieve more strength, flexibility and overall cardiovascular endurance.

  • 3 B’s Strength and Conditioning:  This class incorporates balance, strength and endurance using balls, BOSU, bands and you.  It’s fun, it’s challenging and it’s a total body workout for any fitness level.
